My name is Jonas Lefvert. I was born and raised in Uppsala, Sweden. When I turned 13, my father gave me my first guitar — a gift I hadn’t even asked for, but one that changed my life forever.
From that moment, I started taking guitar lessons, which quickly became the highlight of my week. At 16, I enrolled in a music-focused high school, and after graduating, I spent two years at a folk college, refining my skills even further. Those years prepared me for the Royal College of Music in Stockholm, where I was fortunate enough to study and eventually graduate as a guitar teacher.
Today, my greatest passion is sharing the joy of music and helping others discover the magic of playing guitar. Alongside teaching, I still perform at some gigs in Sweden and abroad and share my music on YouTube for everyone to enjoy.
